Finally, a DID inventory that knows where each number actually is
Each DID is auto-labeled with country, state, area code, and rate center. Usage volume, assignment status, and local-presence eligibility roll up into one inventory view.

What it does
DID inventory with geo labeling
A 200-seat outbound op runs 500–5,000 DIDs at any time. Stock VICIdial treats them as a flat table of E.164 strings. Which ones are in Florida? Which are burning? Which are free for a new campaign? Nobody knows without a support ticket. VICIPanel's DID inventory fixes this with automatic geographic labeling at provisioning time, country, state, area code, rate center, carrier, all derived from the number itself. Filters let you slice by any of those attributes. Assigning a DID to a campaign is a click. Bulk import from your carrier's order sheet takes a minute.
How it works
DID Inventory in 4 steps
Import your numbers
Paste a list from your carrier's order confirmation or upload a CSV. Each number gets auto-classified with country, state, area code, and rate center.
Assign to campaigns or CID groups
Drag a DID to a campaign. Drop a block of 50 into a CID group for local-presence rotation. Multi-select for bulk operations.
Monitor usage + health
Each DID shows dial volume, last-used timestamp, inbound count, and status. Spot unused DIDs for reclaim.
Release what you don't need
Release batches back to the pool or back to the carrier. Usage history stays in the audit log.
Highlights
What makes this different
Auto geo-labeling at ingest
Each number is classified by state, area code, and rate center automatically. No manual entry.
Inventory view that makes sense
Filter by state, filter by campaign, filter by days-unused. Supervisors can audit utilization in seconds.
International support
International-geo admin page extends the same model to non-US DIDs with country-specific metadata.
Why it's cutting edge
What VICIPanel did inventory does differently
Geographic metadata is derived automatically, not manually typed per number
Inventory view is designed for ops, not for developers reading MySQL
Integrated with CID engine, one DID change propagates to caller-ID decisions
