Quick start: signup to first dial

Create your tenant, invite a user, load a list, and make an outbound call. About 30 minutes.

This guide walks through the minimum path from a fresh VICIPanel tenant to a placed outbound call. Complete it end-to-end the first time, then come back to the specific docs for each topic when you want more depth.

    Create your tenant

    Sign up at app.vicipanel.com. Pick a tenant subdomain. You are automatically Admin on your own tenant.

    Verify your email

    Click the link in the welcome email. This activates admin features. If the email does not arrive within two minutes, check spam, then use the resend button on the signup page.

    Add a SIP trunk or use our carrier

    You need outbound calling capacity. The fastest path is to use our bundled VICICarrier termination, credits load instantly. If you have your own carrier, bring-your-own (BYOC) is one step in Admin → Carriers.

    Create a list and upload leads

    Contacts → Lists → New list. Drag a CSV. Map columns (phone, first name, last name, source). We accept up to 100k leads per upload.

    Create a campaign

    Campaigns → New campaign. Pick a name, assign the list, pick pacing mode. For your very first campaign we recommend Progressive mode, one dial per available agent, no abandon risk.

    Invite an agent

    Admin → Users → Invite. Add yourself as an agent so you can take the first call. Role: Agent.

    Open the agent workspace and go ready

    Agent → Ready. Your WebRTC softphone registers in a couple of seconds and the campaign starts dialing.

If anything in the seven steps above did not work, use the help Copilot in the top right and describe the step you got stuck on. It can link you to the right fix for the error you are seeing.

What to do after your first call

Once you have placed a call end-to-end, go configure the production details: caller-ID groups, dispositions that match your business outcomes, pacing that matches your list quality, and if you want AI features, spend 10 minutes on the MCP section. MCP is the single most differentiated piece of VICIPanel, worth getting right early.
