What it does
Adaptive pacing with live drop-rate feedback
Outbound pacing is a live negotiation between three things: agent availability, FTC abandon ceiling, and your contact rate. Change any one and the ideal dial level moves. Stock VICIdial exposes the knob (`auto_dial_level`) but nothing else, you set 1.8 and hope. VICIPanel wraps that knob with a pacing profile per campaign, automatic time-of-day shifts, and adaptive feedback from the live drop-rate metric. If your drop rate is creeping toward 3%, the engine throttles dial level down. If your campaign has agent headroom and the abandon rate is well below your ceiling, it opens up. The result: you dial as fast as compliance allows, not faster, not slower.

The engine monitors rolling abandon rate per campaign. When it approaches your ceiling, dial level comes down. When it's well below, dial level opens up.
Time-of-day shifts
9am-noon is a different beast than 4pm-6pm. Configure per-time-slot overrides that kick in automatically.
