The fully-loaded cost of producing one qualified lead, typically expressed as $ per disposition-worthy outcome.
What it means in practice
CPL includes list acquisition cost, dialer telephony cost, agent time, and any vendor fees. It's the most important efficiency metric for outbound programs because it aligns with paid-media CPL and feeds directly into CAC calculations.
