VICIPanel fires alerts when configured thresholds are breached, abandon rate, queue depth, agent availability, carrier health. You control where the alerts go.
Supported channels
- Email, per-user or shared distribution list
- Telegram, bot integration, per-user or group chat
- Browser push, when the user has VICIPanel open
- Webhook, for custom integrations (Slack, PagerDuty, custom tooling)
Setup
Admin → Alerts → Channels. Add each channel once (OAuth for Telegram, simple address for email, URL for webhooks). Then assign channels to specific alert rules.
Telegram is the channel ops teams actually read. Email gets buried; push disappears if the tab is closed. If you have to pick one, start with Telegram.
