Federal TCPA sets 8am-9pm local time as the default allowable window. Many states are more restrictive. VICIPanel enforces per-state rules automatically based on the prospect's area code.
Common state exceptions
- Louisiana: 8am-8pm weekdays, 9am-7pm Saturdays, no Sunday calls
- Indiana: 8am-9pm weekdays, 9am-9pm Saturdays, no Sunday calls
- Alabama, Utah, and several others: restricted or no Sunday calling
- Some states restrict certain holidays
