What it means
NI is softer than DNC, the consumer isn't interested now but isn't opting out. Standard recycle rules typically suppress NI for 30-90 days before re-contact. Cumulative NI across campaigns might trigger internal DNC at your org's policy threshold.
How VICIPanel surfaces NI
VICIPanel's lead 360 view shows cumulative NI across all campaigns so an over-saturated lead can be auto-flagged for global suppression.
