Admin → Voice Files → New
Upload your recorded message (MP3 or WAV). Name it clearly.

Campaigns → [campaign] → Voicemail drops
Assign the voice file to the campaign.

Agent workflow
When AMD confirms voicemail, the agent sees a Drop VM button on screen. One click, message deploys, call ends, agent is ready for the next.
Keep voicemails short (20-30 seconds) and compliant. Include your company name, purpose, and callback number in the first 10 seconds.
